Questions you may have
- Which session should I choose?
- If you already know the service you prefer, feel free to book it. If you have questions first, schedule a free call. I will answer them, and the choice is always yours.
- Where do we meet?
- In person at my office in Pewaukee, or by video from wherever you are. You choose in person or virtual when you book.
- The office is at W229N1680 Westwood Dr, Suite B, Waukesha, WI 53186 (directions). For video, I email you a Zoom link the day before.
- How do I pay?
- By card or PayPal when you book. The Pay Later option is for clients who have already purchased a package of sessions.
- I have a package. How do I schedule my sessions?
- When you buy a package, you schedule your first session in the same step. For every session after that, book it above as usual and choose Pay Later at the payment step; nothing more is due.

- What happens after I book?
- A confirmation arrives by email right away with your date and time and a link to cancel or reschedule. For a phone call, you call me at the time you chose: 414.559.5904. For video, watch for my Zoom link the day before. In person, I will see you at the office.
- What if my plans change?
- Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session, using the link in your confirmation email.
